STOKKEDALSLIEN 17

The residence is composed of two main volumes and a concrete wall in-between. The wall is stretched in the north-south direction on the site. The volumes are placed along the wall in a way that make the plot's floor plan devided into four:

SE – Outdoor entrance zone, NE – The red volume with entrance, kitchen and bedrooms, NW – The blue volume with living room, SW – Garden/ main outdoor room.

A great emphasis was placed on the connection between the outdoor space and the rooms inside the house. The building’s arched walls follow the shape of the site and are adapted to the landscape surrounding the residence.
